You Said We Did
Teaching assistants at the school were very helpful and made a difference to your learning Fed that back to the team.
Bullying had improved over the last few weeks Work continues on an academy Anti-Bullying Policy and associated on the ground work to strive for a complete 0% tolerance anti-bullying culture.
Assemblies are planned as is a schedule of work with all academy stakeholders throughout next year to educate around issues of bullying.
Human Utopia was fantastic – can the Heroes be more visible Linked to the above, heroes have met as a group and established a programme of anti-bullying interventions for the next year.
Oasis was a nice place to be This was fed back to the Oasis Team
When teaching was good you could learn and when teaching was not so good it was because of too much chat in the classroom Tweaked our behaviour systems to address low level classroom disruption
There was too much cover of lessons Fed that back to staff. We have a strict Staff Leave of Absence Policy in the academy to try to eliminate cover as much as possible.
It feels like behaviour points aren’t being recognised by staff A reminder to all staff that behaviour points should have consequences. The new systems should help to address this further.
